score footrest

The Score Footrests and Footplates are fully height adjustable footrests for use at the desk, which excels in both versatility and durability.

The unique compact design enables the user to adjust the height and angle of the footrests from a sitting position. In combination with the correct chair and desk height, this footrest will keep user’s legs and feet supported and comfortable for long periods at the desk.

Ergonomic footrests make a great contribution to your office setup and help improve comfort, especially when sitting at your desk for prolonged periods of time. For people who are a bit shorter in height, a footrest is actually a necessity because you need your feet to be firmly placed on the floor or a solid surface to ensure good ergonomic posture.

Footrests help align posture, reduce fatigue, and ease pain or discomfort in the feet, ankles, knees, and thighs. They also allow you to change positions by shifting weight, which is good for your circulation, and this, in turn, helps keep you alert and focused.

With your feet positioned on a footrest, your legs are not hanging and being cut into by the seat edge, and this lowers the chances of leg pain, stiffness, and developing varicose veins or blood clots.
